Help removing old cats...please!!!

Ok so I'm probly just dumb, I have searched but can't seem to find pics. Looking down in the engine, I see the o2 cables, do I disconnect at the cat itself? Or am I disconnecting where the cable plugs into the motor, with the blue tabs/green tab?

Looks like trying to get the the senso on the cat would be impossible with out little baby hands

+1 on unclupping at the motor...be sure to take the safety piece off first before trying to disconnect the sensor

I sprayed the 02 sensor with PB blaster for 2 days before I did the install. Unclipped the wires, took everything out, and then got the sensors out of the pipes with it sitting on the floor. All 4 came out with no issues.

Another question, solos directions say to install the cats then put the o2 sensors in, why not install the o2 sensors before installing the cats, sure seems like that would be easier, are they just worried about damaging during install?

I would think they just don't want you banging them around during install.
