I am able to retrieve the vehicle ID and it seems that everything is connected. I load my configuration file and pressed the button to begin datalogging and nothing happens. What firmware version is installed on your tuner?

Currently using1.2.137.03. Not sure if I correctly validated the PIDS. i Clicked on the graph, picked the values I wanted to test, then saved the configuration file to my desktop. I then loaded the configuration file and attempted to datalog.....nothing happened. Is there an extra step I am missing somewhere??

Do you have gen 2 or 6.5?? I thought the old one looked newer(better) than gen 2.

Gen 2 is what you should be using

on the new one it gives you prompts on what you want to do
1 says I want to datalog my vehicle.
Click it. follow what it tells you to do.
I believe on the page where you find your vehicle ID, at the botton is where it asks about pids.
one says validate all pids(something along that line.. Check that box then next. It should take you to the next page and have a green bar moving at the botton left. might take like 20-30 seconds then the list will pid list will be there.

Good luck.
If that doesn't work for you then you will probably have to call sct.

Thanks....the old software was the issue. Once I fired up the Gen2 software, everything worked as expected. Now to e-mail Ted the data logs so I can figure out what the hell they mean lol.

Just got that update 2 days ago. While using Livelink, sometimes it logs and other times certain PIDs fail. Still having some other issues since the xx.03 update.
