Bring that ZL 1 down to the Collinsville Culvers on the 21st...
 Also Gateway Racway is holding the HOTROD POWER TOUR on 6/5...  And the SUPER CHEVY SHOW on 6/22 - 6/24 ...

I agree that Culver's is always a great cruise! We always try to go when we can.
Another good cruise is put on by Gearhead Customs, at Car Quest in Wood River. Always a good amount of cars. I helped the club out with building a calendar the past couple of years. We photographed some lovely ladies with cars from the club. At the cruises they would have some of the models come out and pick their favorite car and give a "Model's Choice" award. I was really surprised that several of their choices weren't just because the car is "pretty". lol They also do a Trunk or Treat during their October cruise. Let me know if anyone is interested and I can look up some dates for this season. |

We were there for that Trunk or Treat... Great turn out...
The Gearhead guys have some nice cars.... We don't see anything listed from the Time Machine guys {TMU}... Is there still a cruise at the McDonalds or Sonic .... |

The trunk or treat is usually a great cruise, and the kids have a blast.
My husband has the Silver 63 Falcon thats in the club. They're a great group. A little wild at times, but great people. lol I'll see what I can find out about the TMU cruises. I know a guy in their club, so I'll send him a message and see what they have lined up for the year. |

The Gearhead Customs are having their CarQuest cruise (in Wood River) on the 19th as well. Except we don't have yummy butter-burgers like Culvers has.

It's gonna be quite hot this weekend, but I am working on seeing if I can arrange some special deals and parking for meets at the Show Me's in O'Fallon, MO.
Pluses are: Really cute young servers Large parking lot with no overhanging trees (think birds) Decent food Alcohol Minuses are: Alcohol (Tis bad to drink and drive) Really cute young servers (18 to 21 years old), only bad if you an old fart like I am. Large parking lot with no overhanging trees (think shade) Decent food (only bad if...... oh wait, this is not a bad thing) Please post up to this thread if you want me to pursue this for this weekend or some other time. I would be happy to post what specials would be available for us.

Tonight (6/22) there is a cruise at the Dairy Queen in Godfrey, IL. It's located right across the road from Lewis & Clark College.
Tomorrow night, June 23rd, there is a cruise at CarQuest in Wood River (300 Lakin Blvd.) I won't be attending because of a wedding, but it's usually a great cruise. |
