I'm pretty sure two of my BA speakers are blown so I'm planning to take it to the dealer this week. I'm running trifecta, does it matter if i leave the tune or should i flash it to stock? Thanks!

If you're taking your car in for warranty for blown speakers, they have no reason to check your car's tune. Not going to get into the "flash it back to stock" discussion that will turn into a heated debate again. But tunes will not result in stereo failures.
