Once I found the wacky section I have been checking it lol. I like the Adams pads better but I'll see his it comes out. I love the sealant spray/detail spray, way better than the detail spray from Adams

Yeah, that would be awesome! There is a guy in the for sale section that I believe is selling a foam gun. Check out this link:

Yeah, that's the tough part about some used stuff. Sometimes the seller can't ship it for a good price, especially since business get steep discounts to ship. Buying new in some cases are almost just as much money.

Thanks man!! I'm really excited about it . This bumper with my paint and carbon idea is going to be the shiznizzle. I can't wait to see it!

You read my mind about the LED's. For now, I will be using the stock LED's as housing that come with the new bumper. However, I'm going to see about having a six-eight inch colorshift strip inside the plastic fog light housing, and wire it to my control box. Nobody will even know they are colorshift until I flip the switch . I haven't seen anyone do that yet .

For my updated dyno tune this Saturday, I wanted to purchase an SCT X3 Handheld Programmer. This programmer allows me to save the tune file (up to three on the programmer, but as many as I want on the computer) to it, so I can load and change tunes as I please. This is obviously incredible, because without a programmer like this, all the dyno tunes (or canned tune, mailed tune, etc.) a person has gotten done in the past would be long gone, and not retrievable. In the long run, this programmer pays for itself, especially considering how expensive dyno tunes are.

The one I purchased was from a Camaro5 member that never used the one they received with their Maggie Supercharger purchase. It works identical, except it had a preloaded Maggie tune on it.

You'll love it!! It's very easy to navigate and use, and the datalogging function is badass. This thing does tons.

I FINALLY got around the painting my brake calipers gloss white using the G2 brake caliper paint kit. I've had it so long that I didn't have much time until the 6 month shelf life ran out . I also purchased some brembo decals in gloss black to add afterwards. I figured I'd tackle a project myself for caliper paint and if I didn't like it I'd get them powdercoated professionally . Luckily, I satisfied right now with how it turned out. Since its a brush on kit, there are still some brush strokes that can be seen from the foam applicator even though it's not bad. The paint is self leveling so that helps out. It's the best I could do. I may lightly sand them a few weeks from now and buff/wax them to make them all even.

After the wheels were off and the car was lifted, I cleaned the rakes thoroughly with the provided brake cleaner in the kit (the kit essentially provides all that needed to do the job). Following the cleaning, I starting masking the calipers off with painters tape, which wasn't to bad at all.

Then, I mixed the paint hardener into the gloss white paint, stirred, waited 5 minutes, and began painting just as described on the box. However, it basically says three coats should be enough to cover it, but no wayyyyyyy is that enough. If the whole caliper was covered in only three coats, that means you likely had to put on a very thick coat. That's a problem because the paint will run and then you're screwed. Do light layers over and over. I must have circled the car over two hand fills of time until I was almost done with the jar of paint. There is plentyyyyy of paint to get the job done even with our size caliper, so don't worry (you'll initially think you'll need two because the can is so small, lol). Laying on multiple light coats is the trick and let the previous coat dry enough. I figured by the time I did each caliper and circled back around, the paint would be dry enough (they recommend 15 minutes between each layer), but I needed more time to let coats dry, so it took much longer than expected.

I let it cure for 24 hours, then installed the gloss black brembo decals. Here's some pictures of how it turned out:

Also, I got a chance to weigh my car today. It has a full tank of gas, car cover and lots random crap in the trunk, full lighting system, turbocharger kit, etc., and the car weighed 3,987 pounds. I thought it was going to be heavier, so that's a plus .

Thanks Steve. I was really happy with them overall. It's not perfect, but it will definitely do for now, and it saved some dough to put into different mods. In regards to the pads, I'll be screwed with the dust because I'll probably be getting Hawk HPS or even the HP+ along with dimpled and slotted rotors. I'll be cleaning forever! Lol

Thanks Jesse!! I was really happy with the overall look, because the calipers finally contrasted with the black rims. The stock caliper color hid way to much. I was hoping the paint would lay on decent, and dry in the 24 hours they say it will, and it did thankfully. It took so many coats, it was beginning to get repetitive. There's a few brush strokes in the there too, but with brush on it'll never be perfect. Down the road, I'll spend the money on powdercoating them.

Hope everything is great with you man!

ya just been crazy busy. Leo and one of your other buddies hit me up, just workin 2 jobs I havent been able to get back to them! Powder coating is the way to go, just be prepared for a little down time, and make sure they take the seals out of the calipers!!! Seal kits are a pain to get from the dealer, and they come with seals and pistons.

Excellent! They'll be psyched when they see them installed since the lights look too cool. I referred a few more people to you, so you may have 2 more coming your way. I'll try not to overload you though, ha-ha. Having time to do all this is and 2 jobs is unbelievably hard.

I'll definitelyyyyy keep this in mine when I get my calipers powdercoated. I wasn't aware of any of that, so I'll paste the info the explained in my notes sections on the phone or later reference. Thanks again!!
