Does RPI ever answer the phone/respond to voice mail/email/etc? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I only have simple questions regarding my order from last week with RPI. I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I have left 2 phone messages and sent a PM last week and no response. What's the deal?

Yeah it was hard getting ahold of them when I bought my car cover but they eventually emailed back

When I tried to contact them its a hit an miss. I would call about 4 or 5 times a day waiting for someone to answer. I have also gone to their website and acted like I was a new customer that had a question on their products. Once they answered the email then I asked them what was really on my mind.

I've gotten through every time on the phone, never put on hold or anything. They usually respond on the 2nd ring. Make sure of your time zones.

Slight ressurection of the topic but I have noticed the same. I ordered a painted RK sport spoiler and after 3 weeks I just got it and it's the SLP High lip spoiler

Just called and the office is closed until monday.....
