LFX Rx Catch Can Install
I installed my Rx catch can this morning and it only took ten minutes! So very easy and I used the short bracket and my engine cover fits back perfectly! Thanks Tracy for a great product and JDM for the fast shipping! Here are a couple of pictures....and excellent paint job too guys...

Looks killer man! Thanks for sharing your ease of installation thoughts.
Been getting alot of questions on these and this is nice for those who want to "make sure it fits" and see "what it looks like" before they buy. Black always looks good in there! Ivan

Cost was $139 with free shipping from JDP Motorsports painted in the color of your choice! They are an authorized RX Performance Products dealer.

Quick question...if I had to choose between an oil breather cap and a catch can...which would be MORE beneficial in keeping oil out of the intake? I'm leaning toward catch can, but just want to be sure!

The can deffintly will catch way more oil, the breather is there in place of your oil fill cap so that the oil can get air otherwise you would have a line that would travel from there to your air intake and would circulate through your engine where it shouldn't be going. So if you get a breather you can get like $2.00 plugs at sears and plug the holes where the line was

![]() Is that the Standard bracket or driverS side bracket? Which one is best for the LFX engine?

That is a standard bracket (I don't think RX even sells driver side brackets) and RX and Elite defiantly are the best for all of the Camaro 5 engines (even V8) but I personally like the RX one better and they seem to be more popular on this website!

Love mine! Painted to match as well and I also bought my from JDP. I live in Utah so it's a little more convenient for me. I just stop by and pick it up.

FedEx guy dropped off catch can last night...spent a little QT with my "garage queen" installing it...Thanks to RevXtreme for a great product, JDP Motorsports for quick delivery, and to xfighter1 for great mounting locate - top notch, guys!! I'll try to upload some pics of my LFX innards!
btw...did anyone else struggle a little "sliding" the new hose over the existing plastic one? Instructions say to make sure at least 1" overlaps...I might have gotten 1/2" to 3/4". I was afraid if I pushed any harder, I'd kink the plastic line... |

Ordered mine from JDP, painted to match (CFM), on 06-18...got it yesterday, 06-25, exactly 1 week later. Not too shabby!
