Leave it out in the sun for an hour. Then poke the bubble with a needle or razor knife. Then press down the sides towards the hole. This is exactly what they'd do if you brought it back. You could use a heat gun/hair dryer also but don't melt it.

if it is good vehicle vinyl, they will go away
Wait before putting holes in them. Vehicle vinyl has air chambers so the air can escape.

(I work for a printing and sign company, we do vehicle wraps as well)

Man that looks great!

Just got my stripes done a week ago. Makes a huge difference.

Bonus points for doing them yourself....I was not that brave.

There are many grades of 3M vinyl. Can you find out from who you purchased them from?

Carbon fiber is Di-Noc, the flat black is 1080.

I like the contrast between the orange and carbon look.

For bubbles, I thought pro installers worked them out using a straight-edge (that won't scratch paint), and some slippery lube stuff. They use the edge to squeegee the air bubbles out from under the vinyl.

Looks great! Leave it in the sun for a few hours a day for about a week or two and they will come out.

Then leave them alone if they are small. They will work themselves out.
