That's right folks. Just took delivery of a badass mandrel bender, pipe bender, reducer, expander, and a few more welders (mig and tig).
Now that we are set up, we are promoting our custom exhaust services to the general public. We have already built a few systems with the machine with excellent results. You cannot be the fit, finish, and quality of a custom exhaust. The bender allows precise bends without kinks and restrictions. While mandrel bent exhausts may cost a bit more than crush bent, the performance benefits and looks are worth it. If you take pride in your vehicle, then you should not settle for anything less than the best. Here are a few shots of some vehicles we have built exhausts for, or modified their current systems for either better sound, or fit. |

Whatever you would like. We carry both Stainless (409 and 304) and Aluminized Steel. We can build systems from 2.25 through 3". We currently cannot build anything on the bender larger that 3". If you want larger than 3" we would buy bends and sticks and fab a system up.

Do you guys do Mandrel Bent Downpipes? I'll probably be needing a 3" downpipe made in the future and wouldn't mind taking a little trip down there (it's not for a Camaro though).

Thanks guys.
Tracy - will return your PM soon. Prices vary obviously. This is custom work here. However, we are reasonable given the cost of this machine and other machines to make exhaust we have here ($100,xxx+). Give us a call and we can help! Downpipes are cake. |

Here are some more recent shots of our equipment, and some things we can do. Another Genesis exhaust and some bends we are sending out...
Keep us in mind the next time you need custom, high end exhaust work. Lashway! |
