FS:2012 camaro dash leather part.
hey guys i have 2 of these they are brand new with 6 miles on them.....I have 2 one with black leather and the graphite stitching and the other with orange stitching. You can only buy these with the dash and the dash is $500.00.....if you really wanted too you can retrofit them into a 2010-2011 dash. you also get the small drivers side part.

whats the story, are these gm parts or one offs done to match gm's?? How close are they to the ZL1 dash

is it a dead-on fit in a 2011?
BTW the ZL-1 I sat in had a leather dash, it has an option for microsuede |

Researching online it appears you have to replace the entire dash in the 2010's and 2011's otherwise I would have jumped on this when he was asking $125 for these.

i have never seen a zl1 with leather.......no this is not a dead fit you have to mod it by cuting the dash

the victory red ZL1 at the local dealer has a leather dash, great looking; but I'm not interested unless it is a dead nuts fit.gr8 looking in leather.

Buyers beware that the leather dashes are known to bubble up and there is currently no fix from GM/Chevy.

spoke to al the cheif enginerr of camaro and he looked at my ip at fest and said it will never have the defect all the others do.....anyways the ip is no longer for sale i gave it to a good friend of mine

Parts still available?
Hello,
my name is Michael and I'm from Germany. As you may know, GM is offering the Camaro in Germany since the beginning of this year. I ordered my Camaro in June and will get it in April 2013. GM offers only one version: a 2SS with RS package and fully equipped. My one will be Ashen-gray with Mojave interior. I have been on vacation in Florida in October this year and had the possibility to have a look at the Mojave interior. I think it looks great. The only thing I don't like is the brown leather on the dashboard. I would like to change that into black leather with Mojave stitching. I am interested in those parts of the dashboard, that are covered with leather. I would like to buy them and have them changed into the way I like them. Does anybody know where to buy them? It doesn't matter which colour of leather they have. Thank you very much for your help. Best regards, Michael |
