It would be nice to have that emblem, but i have a 45th and the 45th emblem is under the camaro badge on the fender, an adding another badge wouldn't look good IMO

I like the badge. And call me crazy, isn't that the same as the corvette badge? I didn't know Camaro had its own, besides the red/white/blue badge on the front of earlier gens.

Thanks for the link. I was just looking out the window at my car and was thinking about getting this emblem under the "camaro" letters. The company has a sale of 10% off on-line orders until July 8th. Just use "freedom" in the coupon code.

Year One, inc has these. I used Year One for almost twenty years when I was into restoration and I found them to be very reputable. Their version may have studs that need removal, and you would then need adhesive strip to apply. They were used on 1967 Camaros
https://yearone.com/Catalog/List?page=2 They also have number emblems, with adhesive. Chrome and choice of three colors in the center- Red, Black, White. I think I will get a pair of 3's, 7's and 6's https://yearone.com/Catalog/Show?bid...1097&pgid=8562

No. Dremel tool would take about five minutes an emblem. But you'd want to do a few things:
One, put the emblem upside down on a wet sponge or similar so the studs stick up. It will pull any heat away from the side of the emblem people see so there's no paint discoloration from heat, and also you won't scratch the chrome by chasing the things around a workbench because the sponge will provide plenty of friction Two, mask the edges of the emblem with a few layers of masking tape so if you slip you won't bugger up the edge of the chrome. Trust me, you'll probably slip Three, after you cut them off with a rotary tool, use one of the stone tools to remove the stud completely. You don't need full speed for any of this and it's probably not a good idea- you'll just make more heat with no appreciable increase in cutting ability. The rule of thumb with those things is that hard stones are generally for softer materials, and soft stones are generally for hard materials. The emblem is only chrome plated and they will have been already cut, so I'd suggest trying the softer stone. A ball shaped one if possible. The emblem may be quite thin so be careful. Maybe I should go back on 'remove the stud completely' and suggest that you leave a little. I'd do the whole thing but if you haven't done it I'd be afraid of advising you to do too much and blast through the emblem I haven't added emblems for decades, and I forget the strip adhesive you need but I'd bet 3M still makes it Clean the emblem and prep both the emblem backside and the paint with the recommended solvent needed for that automotive emblem adhesiveAnd wear safety glasses when using that dremel
