Just first want to say thanks for patrick, i ordered the PDIM, Radio Controls and Gauges from him. Got them safe and sound. Although it took me a month to find time to install them lol. Also, I had called you last tuesday for some help on the VCI question and I appreciate the call back.

But now I have one more for you, they can not seem to figure out how to install it and are now calling GM. is there any advice I can send to them to better facilitate the process... From what I understand they can't get the car to accept the programming... Or maybe that is just what they are trying to sell me.

This does nto sound right at all. Is it the programming for the PDIM or the radio controls? It sounds like they are giving you a line

No Problem, here are the gauges and PDIM that were sold to me by Patrick. Thanks man. Now all I have to do is getting the PDIM and RC's functioning.

Well I took it in about a month ago for a dead battery, and I believe I saw somewhere that if there is an issue with the charging system the program might not load correctly... I mentioned that on the phone saturday, but they said they hook up a special charger to it so it should not be a factor.

Untimatly at max I would say an hour. It takes a 10 minute phone call and then its just a matter of hooking up the car and downloading which takes about 20-30 minutes

Well good news first, they called me today to tell me the car was finished. Although, it sounds like they are billing me for two hours of labor... Probably one for the RC's and One for the PDIM. Maybe they consider it two separate jobs. I should be able to pick it up Thursday. Anyway, the issue was with the first download, apparent it was bad, so they downloaded it again and then it worked... I will find out then if it works.

I just called my dealer and they said $50 for the software update and 1 hour billable to update it, $94.50....
