odd, mustangs for the most part in my area fall between two categories of drivers, Females and douchebags who think theyre buy here pay here ragged out 96GT is badder than a herd of Italian Horses. The females have the Nicer cars rangeing from 6 bangers all the way to SVT's and GT500's. Very rarely do I see a female driving a 5th Gen, always males. Mostly 6 banger 5th gens too, ive seen maybe ten SS's on the street, non dealer tagged. oh, if You mustang guys wanna lynch the d-bags around here giving you guys a bad name... please do so.... Please? You can have theyre cars................

My bad on that, I must have gotten excited. When I get on that topic I tend to go over the top a little. I just hate it. My father drives and IS-F. Stock for stock. IS-F will take it my opinion. Now we talking with the add-ons, not so much. If you guys ever get the chance to drive an F do it. I try to swap with him all the time. They sound like Jets, stock. A very fun car to drive. And if it was track not a strip. It would be even more deadly. The F's hug the road just like Formula-1 cars In my own opinion. (And before people go bashing saying I wouldn't know about F-1 cars) I was able to drive an F-1 car on the track, my family all pitched in and did it for my birthday.

I gotta say any turn key driver. The guys that have their car built and have never done anything beyond changing the oil or painting a battery box. These are the best to beat by far

When I had my 04 Mustang GT my favorite car to beat was 05/06 LS2 GTOs. I know by rights and simple math they should have destroyed me, but these guys were in serious need of the driver mod. Because:

1. I know my 13.60 second Mustang was not "fast"
2. Automatic 04 GTO smoked me later in the day haha
3. Their 60's were terrible and so were the E/Ts.

So it was nice one day being able to beat up on some ****y LS2 owners bc they couldnt drive.

the guy that lives 2 houses down from me has an IS-F and it sounds great when he drives it! Although it's not very often that we see it out. He has an old Monte Carlo beater that he drives 90% of the time

I watched two boneheads on I-40 do a 70-100mph race in rusted-out Ford diesel pickups yesterday. One was that late 80's body style and the other looked to be a 2005. Should have seen the black smoke billowing out of those things! The "race" was rather uneventful as acceleration at that speed was pretty leisurely. I'm not sure you could call either a winner lol

So I am driving along minding my own business.......red light. 2012 Nissan Pathfinder with 2 mid 40's dudes inside. Light green and he accelerates, I ease into it and follow 2-3 lengths behind.

Then he backs down and pulls in next to me.......revving and braking next to me to get my attention. The dude must have been having a bad day at Intel or the post office. I see him mouthing and waving his fingers at me so I roll down the window.

The passenger dude looked mortified..........

Wanna race......come on....wanna race.........lets go
so the guy keeps egging and talking crap. I put my hand out the window and told him he is a POS and if he wants to discuss lets pull over at the police station 1 block ahead and I will beat his ass for everyone to see!!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes people just get weird even when we are minding our own business.
I wasnt in the mood to blow him off the street passing the police station. LOL

Anyways, I somewhat maintained my cool and he turned off.
I better double up on my anxiety medication bahahahahaha

Imports are fun, but having an STi... gotta say, if they have anything done to em look out. They get off the line quick when launched right and they don't have to wait for boost for very long, you'll see the whale tail pretty quick. As far as the G35 and an STi, he better hope he swapped for an LS3!
