New to me 2010 Imperial Blue Metallic
New to me 2010 Imperial Blue Metallic Camaro SS,RS polished aluminum wheels ,sun roof...16000 miles automatic..
I was going to get a new basic ss1 auto but missed the cut off date to order 2012 and the IBM blue was going to be gone in 2013 , plus i didn't want to wait until late fall for car so i bought used....think i got lucky and got a good one for a good price must have been a garage queen..to me its perfect. Great fun to drive and I could just sit and look at it ...its assume. I have had it for a couple of weeks and still getting to know it , with a lot of help from this forum... Got the bug when I got behind a red SS in my area followed it for a mile or so...woman was driving it, had a sign in her back window that said hot chicks drive hot cars, or something to that effect. That was it for me' not the chick the car, gotta admit these Camaros have a nice hindquarter... Said I wouldn't do any mods, had a mercury Marauder I modded quit a bit, took it from a 15 second car to a best 1/4 of 14.01 could have broken into 13's but rear tires were loosing there grip.. Guess I will start with cold air intake and high flow cats..and of course window tint. takes a lot for an old fart like me to get excited about a car but this one really has.... Sorry for the long winded post...thanks. |

j4s, CONGRATS on the new ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.
 oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here. Welcome!!

New to me 2010 Imperial Blue Metallic..couple pics
Slightly overcast day when I took the pictures. The beauty of this blue to me is how it looks in different lighting conditions.
Well as we all know all Camaros look good....beauty is in the eye of the beholder....vive la différence |
