Always loved your car. It was one of the first 5th gens I saw that I really liked over stock. Really cool sig pic with the Boss too!

The crispness comes from this lens. It's so sharp it hurts

And it seems people tend to overcomplicate the background; if it's interesting enough to stand in a photo by itself, it's probably too busy for a car photo. You want something that sets the car off without distracting your eye from the subject matter. Think studio portrait: it's supposed to be nothing more than noise and texture to set off your subject.

Yeah, it seems some people over think it too much. The car is the focus not the background... thats more of a compliment to the car. I really love the urban grungy backdrops for car shoots.

I took a few recently, I like the contrasting colors. Here is one:
