1LE is simply a package offered on the Camaro. It is not a separate model, so you'll be able order it on a 2013 Camaro as soon as GM starts offering it, which I would assume will be very soon.

I heard something awhile back that it would be offered in the first order cycle in August. But dont quote me on that.

I understand orders can be placed late July, early August. The cars may be ready to ship by November.

I've heard that orders will start being accepted in August. Cars should start showing up at dealers by the end of September or beginning of October. Chevys press release said the cars will be available in the Fall of 2012.
