We had a great weekend at the Super Chevy race at Maple Grove this weekend. The track was excellent and we were able to run a record breaking 8.94 @ 153 mph. We have been making suspension tweaks after each race, this time we added a set of our own solid upper control arm bushings and they completely eliminated the wheel hop we were experiencing.

I want to thank Tom over at Hendrix Engineering for sending us a brand new set of axles before the race on very short notice.

We are definitely looking forward to Camaro5 Fest!!!

Amazing! This car is based from a factory production Camaro, correct? Does it still have IRS? Full interior? Is this the overall ET record for the 5th gen?

Yes! The car was originally based out of Tennessee with flood damage. We picked it up with 7,000 miles and went from there. Its wasnt a body in white. it features: IRS, Full interior, Full ARH exhaust system out to the tips, ZERO aftermarket or Fiberglass body panels. 3850lbs with a driver.

Congrats you guys! I was in Midtown on Monday wish I had thought to cab it over to Brooklyn and check out the shop before I headed back to LaGuardia.
