Eibach or BMR springs?

I found these on ebay for $200, will I notice a huge difference between these and the $250 BMR springs I've seen for sale here?

Do Not go with eibach springs unless everytime you wanna jack your car up and try to reseat the rear springs into the perch.

Eibach claims this is normal because the springs are so short that they fall out of the perch when you jack the car up. Plus my front springs are creeking when i turn the wheel.

will be buying pedders and tossing these

Screw that I'm going to go with BMR then, only $50 more. I did search and see some negative things about Eibach, your post further pushes me away from them. Just wanted to see what the current census is.

I am right the opposite. I had Eibachs, switched to BMR, then back to Eibach because I didnt like the way the car rode wit the BMR's.
I am a HUGE fan of BMR parts I had everything they made for a 4th gen on my last car.

I dont think the eibach's are a problem with the SS models but I have a V6 model.

There is noway the spring shud constantly pop out of the perch when the car is jacked up if the spring was designed the right way.

Then the main tech at eibach claims they know about this and its normal. Just lower the car and push the springs into the perch

Sounds like a safety defect

I have heard lots of problems with the eibach on v6 models. I don't know much about BMR but you should look into Hotchkis, those are what I have now and they are perfect =)

For the extra $50 it would be hard to beat our springs. We have a bunch of our BMR springs installed on Camaro5 forum members cars. They perform well without sacrificing too much ride quality or ground clearance. We also provide a lifetime warranty with our BMR lowering springs against springs sag so if you were to ever have an issue down the road you are covered. If there are nay other questions I can answer for you or if you want to place an order for them give me a call here at the shop.

Same..

I have had no issues and haven't heard any with the SS, only V6.

I love BMR products, but I found a vendor who was selling Eibach springs on sale (as well as sways) for $399. Wish I still had the link, but it seemed like it was a holiday pricing only..just couldn't pass it up.

I'm going with the BMR on mine. 22's and I need a stiff 1 inch drop to maintain rear clearance. Post pics when the install is complete.

When you are ready for them give me a call. I wouldn't mind working a little something out with you in exchange for some before and after pictures.

Random question for you guys and the BMR springs. I can barely get my car into my garage as is due to the pitch of my driveway. But im putting new wheels and tires on this coming tuesday and going with 275s up front with 315s in the rear. I was looking into a 1" drop front and rear. Right now i have about 1.5-2 inches of clearance.

My question is if i do a 1" drop spring am i going to lose 1" in nose clearance or is it something else completely. Thanks.
