New Sub install radar detector problem now - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

So I got a 10" sub installed last Saturday, can't believe the sound i have now in my car. Love it but with the windows up my radar detector rattles to hell and back. Anybody know of a way to fix the radar detector so it won't rattle? I have the Passport 8500 or something like that. Thanks

Seriously though, how is it mounted? Blend/Visor/Windshield?

Mount it to a bracket attached to the rear view mirror. You can purchase from this site.

Its mounted to the windshield. Thanks for the direction to that site. It looks like it may just work.
