adaptive transmission shift

So i took my car to the dealer Monday because i am tired of the shifting on my L99 2010 Camaro. When your around 30-40 MPH and want to accelerate slightly it downshifts hard. It feels like medal banging into eachother. Service manager was able to replicatethe issue tuesday and its been with the transmission specialist ever since. Got a reply from my service adviser today and it says "we have identified the transmission issue to be adaptive transmission shift. Adaptive transmission shift allows to vehicle to adjust to the way it is being operated. We find vehicle operation to be all within specifications"

What do you guys think my options are? It really feels ruff at times and im not satisfied with their response

Upate. Got the car back today. Service manager said they did a relearn on the adaptive transmission shift and he wasnt able to replicate the problem again while driving. He didnt think it would fix the issue but he gave it a go and so it seems that issue is fixed. I drove it home and i also was not able to replicate the issue. I'll monitor the issue and post back my feedback after a week.

The only weird thing to note is that the service manager was told by the tech support team that it may not have been due to aggresive driving. That it could have been a fluke where the programming picked up some weird shifting and it stuck. That it shouldnt happen again. We will see.
