Anyone else have marks on their rear seats? Easy fix.

Posted this http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=147435 but it seems none of the coupe guys are having this problem. I'm guessing it's cause our rear seat belts are always flapping in the wind. So does anyone else have these marks? If so, just tuck the rear seat belts between the sail panel and the back cushion! You're welcome!

EDIT: There are three marks, one where the buckle was and two from the belt (one up high and down low, you can barely tell in the pic.)

It not only rubbed where the buckle was it also rubbed where the belt was. If I buckled them then it would probably rub all across the seat, not just on the edge.

I haven't seen this on my mine yet. I have had the seat belts in the back buckled unless I am showing off the car with passengers.
You're solution does look a bit cleaner too.
I appreciate the heads up ! This is something I will keep an eye on since I have the grey leather seats and would annoy me too.

Not sure what seats you have, but I'm asuming this wouldn't be as noticeable on dark seats.

SUX2BU here is a pic of my interior. I'm sure it would show up pretty good on these if I had the issue. I agree, the black interior would not show it much at all.

ctinatx look under you rear seat belts. My interior looks just like yours and when I moved the seat belts I found this. I have just iver 2k on my car and the top is down half the time or more. This picture was taken after I tried to clean it.

This is a great head's up. I never ride in the back so I didn't notice the dents in my leather. Love your solution!

I have them too. I just slid the buckle to the top of the seat and it stays there.

I have already had the bacrest section of my rear seat replaced because of pinch marks. Not from the seat belts though. They were in the center of the backrest near the speaker grille. We could not identify what had done it but luckily I found them and had them documented before I took delivery of the car. Another reason for going over your car with a fine-tooth comb. Find all the flaws and then the dealer can't say you did it.
