Should have been lunch for the AC TEAM. For FEST IV I am going to need a duplicate order. We'll warm them on a grill and have TEAM AC lunch! We'll work out the details.
I'm hoping next year I'll be able to attend. If so I'm going to bring my smoker with me and do it the right way.

We ate it while you were sleeping. I wanted to wake you up, but Norm said noooooo. He needs his beauty sleep. Who could argue with that?

An Executive Order was just received from the AC Figurehead.

An Autocross Chef will be added to the elite rank of Autocross Dedicated Staff. The Chef will prepare lunch for setup, day one and day two as well as track side dinner Saturday.

Who am I to argue with the figurehead?

Trying to convince my wife to let me buy a BBQ smoker trailer combo from pitmaker.com in Houston TX. She's not having any of that, saying no bbq pit is worth $10+...

Any ideas on how to convince her guys?

Tell her it's on sale, think of all the money you can save, and we'll deliver it free of charge to the Fest in Texas

Yikes!!! If that was the case I need to start saving up. That means I need to by something around the $200k range for stuff I bought in the last year.

Is it in Texas next year? I must have missed that. If so that would be cool, we have family in Austin.

Yeah that won't fly. LOL we do the bills together. I think she would have my head on a spear if I tried that.

And you're right, that is my plan. I would like to do BBQ as a full time job one day. I'm currently working on receipes and methods. Then I'll try to work on a business plan.
