2013 1LT Camaro

Hey guys, so I am currently looking for a Camaro, and would prefer a 2013 over a 2012 because of the added 7inch touchscreen. Here are the things that I want on the car:

Camaro 1LT
Inferno Orange Metallic
Automatic transmission
Black Rally Stripes
Boston Acoustics 9speaker system

I am going through a dealer that had a 2012, matched those exact specs, and could get it to me for $26,399.

After I told him that I wanted a 2013, he said he could put some numbers together for me right away, so he did. He offered me $28,400 on it. I basically told him that there was no way I'm paying that much money, so for him to go rethink his offer.

I was looking online on a true price website, and got a different dealer willing to go down to $27,400 on the 2013.

What would you guys do, buy the 2012 for $26,400 or go for the 2013. And if you say the 2013, how much would you pay for it? The invoice for my options comes out to $27,050~iss, is $27,400 a good price or do you think I can get him lower than this?

PS, I have about $3,000 in GM points I plan to use on this car, and I hope to find a $1,000 private offer off the chevy website.
