TSW Nurburgring 20" Rims

I am debating on installing these onto my 2012 Camaro and have a few questions about these...

What tires should i run on them? they are 20x8.5(f) and 20x10(r)

About how much will it cost to powder coat them mirror black w/ clearcoat?

Is there any issues with these wheels that others are experiencing?

Let me know, Thanks!

i have these wheels on my ss. i love them. i use them on track with no issues. i have 20 x 9 on the front with 275 35 nitto invos. 20 x 10 on the rear with 295 35. i chose these sizes because of price and over the counter availability. you can get this package drop shipped to a discount tire direct for a lot less than most of the custom tire guys charge. custom offsets my big ole butt.
the differance between the stock 20s with PZeros and the tsw/invos is amazing.

No issues here either. I too have the 20x9 front & 20x10 rear. I moved my rear 275 Pirelli's to the front and bought a set of 305 MT drag radials for the rear.

The fronts will be 9.0 and the rears 10.0. As far as tires, you can use:

245/45/20 front and 275/40/20 rear
275/40/20 front and 295/40/20 rear
275/40/20 front and 315/35/20 rear

These are the most popular set-ups. Other sizes are available.

But be careful about your choice of 315/35/20 for the rear (If you go that route). Some will stick out past the fenders.

Do you know what the recommended offsets are on the 10's. I'm looking for a track setup to clear my Pfadt coilovers. I think somewhere between 25-30 would probably work.... not exactly sure though.

I really like these wheels. The cost for these and the weight loss is great. If they had a bit more of a concave shape to them I think I'd really be all over them. But as they are, just not quite enough to make me want to purchase a set.

I honestly have no idea what the offset is, sorry.

I have 10's all around with a 35 offset. I am an inch lowered with Pedders XAs and no clearance issues. I do know I gained an extra 10MM with the XAs. So you might need to contact Pfadt and find out if their coilover gives you more clearance in the front. Rear is not a problem.

My feelings exactly, if only they had a closer knockoff of the pricey Forgeline DEP3 3-piece with the wide lip. Does anybody know what the weight is on the N-rings or how to find out?

Here are the weights for the Nurburgrings as I captured off the TSW web site.

I have the 20 X 9 Nurburgrings with a 20 mm offset in all 4 corners. Riding on general G MAX's 275/40/20. This combination dropped over 5 lbs. in each corner over my stock 19's. I also am lowered with Eibach lowering springs. Dropping the ride approx. 1.25" in each corner.

Thanks RT cat for the specs and detailed info/pics of your ride.

Not that I'd do this but it is laughable how much weight (rotational weight) I'd loose if I switched from the factory steelies to the N-rings keeping my tires and going with the 18" x 8":

Steelies weight: 32.9
N-rings 18" x 8": 18.6

A loss of 14.3 lbs P E R W H E E L ! ! But than, it wouldn't look nearly as hot as what you have with them wider and it lowered. Yours is a nice compromise of practicality, price and style as they can be rotated and yet it looks simply sick.

If I did get the TSWs I'd get them at my local Discount Tire as they are a TSW dealer, and I been dealing with them solely for my last 2 cars and 2 decades. The "other" place has out the door pricing, they told me the price, and I went out the door.

You're Welcome. In your case the weight drop is HUGE. Go for it. The change in looks is worth the price tag, I get nothing but FANTASTIC comments on my new look.

Thank - you for the compliment, and yes, I am trying to keep my DD practical, well to some degree.......

Wow that looks great!

I've typically gone with 275/40-20 Nittos up front, and either 295/35 or 305/35 for the rears. 315's you can do, but I typically do not suggest them unless it's for a drag racing set up (drag radials).
