Flash Tech Halo's and HID's

Hello everyone!! I finally took the plunge for some halos and HID's for my camaro. I decided to go with Flash tech because of the prices and personability they offered.

Overall here is what I got broken into pieces. I'll post roughly how much i paid for everything to give everyone an idea of how affordable it might be!!

Oh and I will update this thread once I install everything with plenty of Day time and Night Time photos!!!

Okay, so first off I decided I wanted HID headlights, as well as halos for my headlights and fog lights. However, i do not live near Flash Tech so the only option for me was to buy completely new head/fog lights and have them retrofitted and ect.. Thus, it may be cheaper if you have an extra pair your not using.

Halogen Head lights used: 70+30 ship. = 100$

The Halo's themselves plus the installation: 299$
New Fog Lights with Color changing Halos pre-installed: 220$
Projectors + shrouds + paint = $250 (Gatling Gun Projectors from Retrofitsource)
HID Kit with life time warranty and Bi-Xenon Harness: 219$
As well as D2s bulbs, Color changing Remote, and color changing control.

Then I paid ~30$ for all of it to be shipped within 3 days

The Total: 1,118$

The LED Size on the Fog Lights. I read a forum post about someone being concerned with the LED size of the halos for the fog lights from Flash Tech. I assure you they look just fine, although there appears to be more space between them. These are just as bright if not brighter and will leave you breathless every time. I spoke to james on the phone and Flash Tech is actually going through a phase of ordering newer rings to fit the Fog Lights better, even though look's wise they will have no difference when the halos themselves are on...

Now for the fun!!! PICTURES!!!

I did not feel comfortable :\ I was already saving a ton of money by purchasing with Flash Tech instead of AAC. I felt fine in allowing the pros to do it. Less hassle and time consumed on my part. Time is money to me anyway, and a 2 or 3 hour assembly while learning and a potential for disaster was not my cup of tea.

They completed the Halos, Retrofit, HID's, and paint ect... in about 3 days and had them shipped on friday to arrive this past Tuesday. James was incredibly helpful and also offered me an option to make the payment in two installments so they could begin working while i waited for some funds to get through my bank account. This greatly sped up the process.

Puertoricanfont is correct, the shroud is the Gatling Gun. Projectors are the Morimoto Bi-Xenon D2S I may have misspelled it a little in the original post.

They turned out great looking! Can't wait to see them on the car! Were they able to fix the broken tab on the light?

Either way, they arrived unshaved as far as i can tell. I just haven't had them hooked up to make sure they come on.
