SubThump Adaptors and CDT Audio

For those of you who have experience in installing the doors..I need a little help. Getting ready to order my speakers for the doors. I use CDT Audio for years and love the SQ.

IF I order the SubThump Speaker Adapters and use (one of my choices) a M6+ 480 6.5 or ES-06 the Euro/HD versions will they be able to fit. Here are there parameters:

M6+ regular

  • Maximum Power Handling: 300 Watts Peak
  • Nominal Power Handling: 150 Watts RMS
  • Frequency Response: 10~4000 Hz
  • Nominal Impedance: 4 Ohms
  • Voice Coil Diameter: 1.5"
  • Peak Xmax: 15mm
  • Magnet Weight: 30 OZ
  • Surround Material: Rubber
  • Frame Type: Cast Alloy
  • Mounting Depth: 3.37" (top mount)
  • Cutout Diameter: 5.812"
  • Overall Outer Diameter 6.81"
or the

ES 06
1 pr 6.7” extended bass mid woofer

Technical specs and contents:

  • Frequency response 10Hz-4000Hz
  • Power handling:100WRMS (200Watt Pk).
  • Impedance 4 Ohm Sensitivity:89dB

I'm using Subthump front speaker adapters for my CDT HD-642DT front set. I'm using the 5.75" cut out in the adapters for my drivers, but the ones you listed would need to have the 6.0" cut out in the adapters.

My speakers are 6.5" with a 2.75" mounting depth.
