ZL1 CORSA EXHAUST 14971BLK

I'm looking into getting this Corsa Exhaust system for my Black ZL1, and I have already installed the Lingenfelter ZL1 High Flow Cold Air Intake, so my question is this: Is this Exhaust system worth paying over $1,800 for, plus shipping? Will I really gain that much power and noise?

Also, I ordered the Sunset ZL1 Exhaust commander, so would that work with the Corsa?

Thank in advance guys

NO! It's not worth it. Get the full LPE kit and run your stock dual modes and you will like it.

Does anyone know where I can get the black tips similar to the Corsa Exhaust 14971BLK without having to buy the full exhaust? I want to just black out the chrome tips without powder coating them. Based on the picture on the Corsa website, they look just like tip covers.

Put the money toward headers. That will wake your exhaust up.

I don't like the corsa's at idle. they sound great at WOT. Search for clips with the stock exhaust and headers. I think you will like it and then your money will actually make more power.

Corsa sells the black tips I think.

I think I am going to do headers with my dual mode intact. that way I can tone it down if I want too. Then again I ran the corsa on my Z06 for a wile there are better sound systems out there IMO. too me the borla's just sound twice as good at idle. I think the corsa's make the car sound like a friggen tractor or something at idle. they scream at WOT though.

I spoke with Corsa today. Right now the kit with normal polished tips is shipping in 7-10 days. The Black tip option is is special order as they have to send them out to order to be ceramic coated. It takes 4-6 weeks and costs $200 more. We just added them to website..and no...they are not $1800.
