I can top the 30 year owner but not the 40. Only a couple of more years. I bought mine new in 1971. Diehard fan.

That's definitly my plan with my 5th gen. I will be waiting for the top model and I'm not getting rid of my mustang when I buy it. I'll probably end up trading the mustang in for a more economical daily driver but I don't plan on putting too many miles on my prized 5th gen SS

I've also been toying around with the idea of finding some likeminded business people who would be interested in opening a Gen5 Camaro custom shop in the midwest, this would allow me to keep one cherry and drive a different one as a business write off

You gotta respect a guy that has that much love for his Camaro.I know some guys might not like them.I always loved the 3rd gens, and i know a lot of people hate on them too.I know when i but my 5th gen Im not going to ever give it up.It a little silly to look down on other Camaro's.BTW that guys Camaro is pretty bad-ass looking.

My family has a 71 camaro and my 69 custom 10 pick-up. Original owners on both and still running strong.

I have an 02 SS with 1600 miles on it. It looks the way it left the show room. This is no where near 30 years, but I'm working on it.
