Engaging PTM mode

Do you have to be at a stop to change the PTM mode or can you do this while driving? I have looked in the manuel and haven't seen this specifically addressed. Sorry if this has been spelled out elsewhere...

Also if you aren't engaged in PTM you can swap from "TOUR" to "SPORT" on the magnetic ride and electric steering input on the fly too...no need to be stopped
