Similar mounting system to the original Zl1, the difference is the ZL1 Hood was stamped with a recess.

It all depends on our painters availability.

Initially parts will only be sold in our primer stage. I expect to begin filling order early next week. Still waiting for parts to return from the powder coater. Hence still no deflector or grills on my car :-(

Will the deflector conflict with a aftermarket CAI, the pipe on mine is pretty fat

Hi there,

couple of questions. I live in Michigan and drive my car year round. I currently have an aftermarket CAI. Would snow be a concern with this insert for any reason? Also, down the road, I plan to put a maggie on. Would this insert impede that? Thanks in advance for you response!
Matt

Another question. Are these limited production, or do you intend on keeping this as a regular product?

No issues with rain or snow... we have a water deflector to divert water on the rad support.

As for the clearance, you wont have an issue with clearance of the Maggie.

That looks good. Is the paint you did a flat black for the insert?

Its our black primer, it has not been sent to paint yet.

You will need to final prep and paint, what you see is the product out of the box.
