Finally got the hood painted. After constantly changing my mind, i ended up getting it painted CFM. Dealership Body shop manager said "Thats a quality made hood". Thanks to MPD1 and Eric!

The paint on the underside is great! Really makes it pop. Eric is a class act. I love my zforce hood from him.

How's the view from the inside? Does it really restrict your view of the road? Looks awesome!

Ok, help me understand one thing. How does it bring air to the CAI? I thought a raised cowl would allow the hot air to leave the engine bay through the back and not necessarily bring cold air to the intake.

There is a high pressure area at the base of the windshield that forces air through the ducting in the hood to the CAI. You follow?

Yes, I get it now. The air goes from a high pressure area (windshield) to a low pressure area (CAI).

Do you, by any chance, have this hood in carbon fiber? I'd be willing to buy it in CF (in a couple of months) if you have one.

AWESOME! Now, top it off with some lowering springs and a set of black ZL1 wheels.
