OH! not that this will fix the problem...maybe it will...but can save you from heart ache later...look inside the back of the taillights if you still have them all out...make sure all of those little switches are switched to off

well now the yellow(inside drive) works and the red(outside driver)/which worked earlier doesnt wrok

what possible reason would it be flashing without the car even on or any signlas on

It sounds like the purple wire (which activates show mode) is laying or hitting a ground source. Make sure that purple wire isn't hitting anything. Wrap the end with tape or something.

If the main power plug is plugged in then they will still work. That would be the stock harness that gives power to everything.

You have hooked the wire to the battery correct? I forget what color it is.

im done after that. i can not believe these tail lights are such a hassle. i had them working and i unplug them and put them back together and nothing works. the instructions are perfectly fine until you have to plug the lights in. they will be recieving a nice phone call from me tomorrow morning.

Those things suckkk to take off and put on lol. You can get them from your local dealer for like 20 cents lol.

Sorry we couldn't figure it out man. Good luck tomorrow . They are pretty difficult when you have to start the wiring

You might have pulled the plug out from the inside of the light. Look inside the light and the wire that attaches to where the bulbs plug in is probably pulled out some. Its like a motherboard connector if that makes sense. Push that back in and they should work.

Did you get your problems resolved?

These tail lights look amazing in person but I have read several complaints on here recently about various problems.

For now I am staying away from these.

yes i got it figured out but now when i turn the head lights on, the outside passenger light turns off...
