Can't wait to see more of these installed. Considering one of these for mine. Pewter perhaps I'll get to see yours in person, I know I've seen you once or twice in town.

It has been a hard week with shipping, both UPS and Fedex have been canceling their pickups due to the snow storm, biggest in 30 yrs :-)

We were technically closed, we came in today so they can pickup the backlog of orders.

Fedex was here this morning, all orders have been picked up.

Happy New Year !

INSTALLED!!!

I got it installed today, I will still need to paint the edges of the hood flat black and also put the adheasive on for a permanent install.
I lost one of the bolts for the water deflector. I need to find a replacement if that one does not show up.
Here are some pictures.
BTW i did it with the hood still on the car.
Leave comments and i will get back to the thread when I get home from eating out.

Thanks, it took a little longer than i was thinking it would because i spent about 45 minutes looking for that dang bolt.
I would like the bolts to match, all I can find are the silver kind. How much for a set?

Like I said I installed it on the car, I didn't have any clearance problems because I propped the front edge of the hood on a couple 4" wooden blocks . All the cutting went smooth. I did have to tweak the holes a little to get everything to fit the way I wanted, but I was expecting that so I was prepared.
One note. If you slot the rear holes on the back of the deflector it makes it very easy to install by starting the bolts first and then sliding the backside of the deflector over them. That is why I lost one bolt, I couldn't hold the deflector up and start the bolt. My arms were too short to reach. Of course if the hood is off the car that would not be a problem.

Thanks I love the new look.
I used a heat gun to warm them just enough so they would peel off. Then I cleaned what glue residue was left with some citrus type bug and tar remover...
I still need to remove my trunk stripes.

No pictures under the hood, I will try to get some tomorrow, weather permitting of course.

Looks great. What did you use to cut the hood?

Not including gathering tools and putting them up and the time I spent looking for the lost bolt 3 1/2 hours by myself.
