anybody done deal with "tandtperformance"

bought an item from member tandtperformance on Dec 27and have yet to hear anything back from the guy. Last seen post by him was on Jan 11..

If anybody knows him personally please tell him to contact me regarding my purchase.

yeah I used paypal..

looked up info on company called t and t performance but the website is being built....

the guys paypal info eas tim@tandtperformance so i am thinking he works there

I picked up headers from them. I was just as nervous cause their response time was unbelievably retarded. They weren't the best at communicating but they came through for me & another guy who reached out to me for the same issue. I still have their # in a PM. If you need it just PM me.

Yeah Tim runs a shop here in MD.... I have never had any work done at T&T but I hear nothing but great reviews from guys that use him. Have you tried hitting him on PM.

According to the member list, that account was active on 1/16/13....so if you sent him a message....he ignored it.

I bought some parts from them last week. PM's were answered very quick. Usually late at night. I had a small issue with the part, but they ALMOST made it right the next day.

yeah I sent a PM on Monday the 14th, still no word from them. Sent an email approximately the say time to tim directly (got address from paypal) and no response there either.. Tried their contact us link on their webpage and that would not go through.

I am deployed and can't exactly call them whenever i want to so that's pretty much out of the question. I called my wife today and she is going to call the shop on Monday/Tuesday and see if she can get an answer.


looked into my PMs and seen this from Dec 27, last time I have heard from him

Needless to say I have worked with a few slow companys but this is by far the WORST customer service I have had anywhere..

I had a similar issue with another member, he wasn't responding to my pm's and he was others. I called them and for some reason they weren't getting pm's. Atleast thats what they said, and they had no reasun not to respond as I had not payed for the item yet

i thought we sent out all orders that were paid for thru paypal if i missed something i am very sorry i dont do business that way at all i only sell product that i have in stock so there would have been no wait time for me to get it in i have then grills in stock

Bringing this back up since I haven't had any replies from the seller. It's been several weeks, and I still haven't received the bulbs that were "on the way".

Has anyone heard from this seller?

sorry didnt see any new pm not saying you didnt send when i said on the way i meant from the supplier to me but that hasnt happend

Naa. I'm not worried about it. One customer a couple thousand miles away doesn't mean much. Plenty of great businesses out in the SouthWest with plenty of goodies and awesome service!
