ADM / Lingenfelter 427 Camaro LS7 at Idle-Short!

I fired off the 427 today with our exhaust almost done(need to install tips and hangers)...Here is a sound clip of our LS7 that Lingenfelter put together for us.

-- Forged top to bottom-Mahle Pistons,Manley Rods,Callies Crank...ARP Bolts
-- Currently N/A (12:1 compression)

It made 630hp and 580 torque on their engine dyno.

That sounds very healthy. I can't wait to see some people start ordering these.

You're smart having LF build the engines for you. Good luck with your beautiful, well built engine!

Thanks for answering my questions!

I amazed that your car even starts and runs on the factory tune. You said you will up the idle RPM next week when you tune the ECM which will really help the lumpy idle. And, the sound with your new exhaust is terrific. Let us know how it sounds inside the car at highway RPM's and if there are any harmonic's at cruise speed. Good Luck

The 427 sounds good. That is a good price. That is around what I paid to have mine built. I never get tired of Driving my SS now.

So the engine was build by Lingenfelter and ADM installed it, and the total package installed and tuned is $14,999. correct? I looked on there website and the engine alone is that much. Is this a special you are offering?

Yes it is what I sell this package for.

We have options as well just as they do.

I have done 427-441CID Packages in the Trailblazer SS,Corvettes that all land in this price range.

Currently I have 3 customers I am putting 427 engines in,2 have their car and 1 other is in transit.I am already booking into september.

The part number is LPELS2SB427.Some components are used from your original LS3 engine.Covers, pan, intake ,throttlebody, coils, wires, heads etc.

They will work as cores,we have heads already done.

Your car will require a few different parts, but not many -Lifters,Valley cover, front cover etc.You will loose your dod, vvt.

A small sacrifice for some real power, I will most likely get better gas mileage I have to put it to the floor to get it moving. I am getting 14.5 now.
