Location of MAF?? SC systems

Hey guys, just wanted to know, people with supercharged LLT's. Where are you MAF's located??

Very hard to tell via pictures on here. Any reasons why you'd have it post charger??? Issue with the tune etc??

Hello !

my personal experiance with the application, hard and software design at Camaro SC systems :

1) AFM housing MUST be big enough (100mm min ) that the AFM sensor is NOT maxed out !
2) AFM must be keept away from oil and condense water
3) AFM housing must be well designed .. that the complete free surface inside the AFM housing is used for air flow !

a possible solution shows the pict :

Turbo? You mean the supercharger? As far as I know, the only options are red or black on the silicone hoses. The metal pipes originally used were a one off for development and are not pictured. There are no options for the blower itself.

The RX is metal cold side (aluminum tubes) and the MAF is post SC:

Ok... guys can I ask why is it meant to be post SC? Can the MAF accurately read compressed air? Was told by Vince to leave it there so I'm guessing it's because of the air intake sensor???

Under boost it would pretty much act like a mafless system?

Tracy that looks immaculate!! Americans are definitely better than us at making decent kits. I had quite a few problems with mine!
