I would like to see the SS without the RS package and in different colors.... I also want to see the LS and LT models.
Right now I don't care for the RS package, but I didn't care for it before either... Just wondering if that Chrome trim on the grille and headlights is just stuck on with 3m Tape. If so it would be easy to remove.

Here's my thoughts...
1st, I think they've had this 'refresh' planned for a LONG time. I'm thinking they even had it back in 2009 when they initially started production of the 5th gen. But, they new which design looked better, and unfortunately it wasn't the one that worked better on the track. Therefore, for the first half+ of the generation GM went with the version that received so much attention & praise from being in the Transformer movies (the sure thing). And 2010-2013 that's exactly what they got... the tops sales spot (above Mustang) by selling the best looking design they had. But in turn, that means they couldn't really pull off a great track car with this design... not one that would do it justice. So GM figured, late in the (5th) generation they could then do a 'refresh' and release the Camaro that was more track worthy, more track capable... and thus the return of the Z/28 (the one true track car). Well done GM! They gave everyone what they wanted... we got the best looking Camaro ('10-'13) and the Z-Fanatics get their Z/28 that'll blow the doors off anything on pavement. But in the end, I think sales are going to drop considerably until the 6th generation comes out. And even then, the 6th gen is going to be a roll of the dice with something completely new. Final thoughts... Thanks for the Z, but none of us are going to be able to afford it... you should have just left the SS and below trim the same as before (if you wanted to keep the top sales).

In between. The front end is a big improvement IMO but the rear is way off.

Yes one fascia will work world wide now, saves costs for design, tooling and production. The early Camaros had to have both a different fasica and diffuser, that is also the reason for the raised diffuser too. It will have to be different for European markets to allow for the tow hook access and rear fog light. Instead of having to replace two parts for the euro market now they only have to replace one. Now just install the lower fascia, pop in euro spec tail lights and the mandatory rear fog light and you have the euro spec rear end.

My 2 cents. I personally think the refresh looks great!! Front, back, the car as a whole. Just my opinion. I also would like to say that the Camaro has changed alot in five generations. To be honest throughout its history the Camaro has never really had any distinctive features that have clearly carried over from one generation to the next. If you look at a Corvette over its history , there are some characteristics I.E. taillights that up until the 7th gen have been pretty consistent. So I think those who really love the look of the 5th gen Camaro (me included) don't expect these kind of changes. I answered your question in the first sentence but I think this is why it is 50/50 in the responses.

I like the front end, but the show lights, that horrid ugly half ass new orange hides the lines and makes the front look round. Oh and let's not forget that stupid chrome strip WTF. The Z's paint shows the lines and makes the front look really good. The RS package, instead of making it look better it does the opposite. The Z's headlights, tails and rear diffuser are a hundred times better. A diffuser swap is a must do.

Looks like the tide is turning, is it starting to grow on people or do they just now realize there is going to be more than one look to choose from?

I have to say, the only color we've seen is this new Red. I have a sense it will look much better in black! At least the area inset for the license plate won't be two tone, which looks somewhat cheesy to me. Black will make the front pop much nicer and I think the chrome strip will actually look good on black.
