Quick update - resolved the weirdness going on with the battery / starter. Turned of to be a marginal ground connection. Thanks Tracy for the suggestions.

The one thing I will add: I did find a potential trouble spot on the group of wires running from the main fuse box to the chassis ground. The bundle of ground wires route close enough to rub on the edge of a heat shield. I did notice the wires were rubbing enough to cause a mark on the factory heat shrink. I'll take a few pics tonight and post a DIY on how I resolved it. Total cost was $4

Now I can get back to the sensor ready. Lol, fun times...

I switched back to my stock tune and I have been running it for almost a week now. I want to see if I am still getting the misfire codes on the normal tune, or if it is something in the Trifecta tune file. My check engine light came right back on, but its safe to say that its because of the headers and cats

Hey guys! I am having the same issue. I have a 2010 with MRT2 with no resonators, LT's and HFC's. I went to get inspected and had 2 not readys (in TX you can only have 1). I contacted Vince but never really got a straight answer on how to correct the issue. He just told me to visit http:www.wot-tuning.com/dtc which I did, followed the instructions - redownloaded the tune and checked all the boxes to set all of the emmisions things back to factory. Did I do that right? Right after 5 were not ready, now 3 aren't. If I keep driving it will it fix (I drive about 400miles a week) or am I screwed?

I can tell you I may have nothing to do with the tune. You just need to keep driving unti the monitor goes ready. Mine easily too about 1500 miles or even more

Everyone keeps saying that but I drive the crap out of my car. I had the battery disconnected the weekend of the 9th. But then I drove over 800 miles and back to OK and about 400 since then and I still failed.

I found that you need to follow the warm up procedure in the GM drive procedure to allow the enable flags to get set. Once that happens It took just a little more than 200 miles to get all but the evap readiness test to complete.

I did all the warm ups and the drive cycles per gm several times. Evap went ready after doing all of the different drives, the way someone explained it to me it's a combination of start stops, key off, key on with different driving speeds for periods of time, my biggest issue was that give where I live , with all the traffic and such I could never maintain the speeds for Long enough periods of time, for the monitors to go ready. Plus had to wait for the engine temp to be within the give range , 13 degrees of the ambient temp, it could take 10 hours for that to happen, between Start and restarts But after a good long drive to Baltimore I was able o make It happen

The tune may be not allowing the readiness test to run. My early tune had them cleared all the time but this was changed when my tune was finalized.

best advice it take a while for the evap to ready it not the number of miles.

I believe in order to get the evap system 'ready" it has to do with a certain number of cold starts, but I could be wrong.

You still can pass emissions with 1 test not complete. Run the GM drive procedure and the others will complete fairly quickly.

Well yesterday we FINALLY saw the evap go to ready and we were able to pass inspection. Idk if it was the driving, or the new EZ flash, or what but I'm just glad thats over.

On a side note, never got Vince to answer my emails, so nice of him.

I bought 2010CamaroRS's Camaro! Guess what? I threw a 2099 code! I am putting a few miles on it because I to failed emissions here in Ct because of the 2099. Hoping the light stays off. It was reset and I put 180 miles or so and same code came back on. Reset it again and I am now putting miles on it. How many should I put on it before taking it back.
