The GM instructions with the GFX kit are awesome for removal. And I made sure I kept them for installing so I don't have any extra bots/screws left over. I install the RS headlights (with Olfer's harness). Took me 15 min to do this. Works perfect. Sorry, no pics on this as was too fast to do. I'm done for what I can do without tools need tomorrow. So I crack another cold one and go home.

Saturday morning. Plan of attack. Front bumper 1st. ACS T4 splitter install and T3 bumper ports. T4 was peanuts to install. Fit was awesome. Bumper ports are some work. Marked out the cutout and got the Dremel out. It took a bit to find the "sweet spot" of the Dremel. One we got it, cutting like butta.

Did the same on the other side, glued the backing part and let it cure over night. While my uncle was doing that, I installed the GFX side skirts.

And then the ZL1 rear spoiler. This was a bit to do. You need to drill a hole for the 3rd brake light wire to go through the trunk lid. Also, you need to remove the rear cover (where the speakers are) to get access to that 3rd brake light to install Offer's harness to make the ZL1 light functional. You also either need to make 2 more holes as thenZL1 has 2 more fastening threads or cut those off. I cut them as the spoiler is still held by 4 screws and 3M neoprene tape gasket After you install the spoiler, you are left with 3 holes from the stock spoiler. I will plug them up for now and will get it to get filled at a later date.

It's hard to see in this pic, but look hard. 3 holes that need to be filled. I found out that GM has a paint issue on the 2010's. so when I took my stock spoiler off, my paint chipped from the spoiler location. I'll bring it in to see if they will cover it. I'll pay to fill the holes.

Uncle finishes bumper ports and helps me out. Next rear bumper. Not too hard. It's a 2 person job as the GFX is too flimsy for one person to handle. I'm sure you can, just much easier with 2. Same with installing the bumper back on to car.

Hopefully they will cover it. I had the same issue with my previous Camaros but I let them paint my trunk lid and told them not to reinstall the OEM spoiler. I gave them a different spoiler and they were fine with it. That's what I would do if I were you. Put your stock spoiler on because they might think you damaged it yourself.

Well, lunch time ( beer time for us as thats what we call lunch). Doing this journal, it seams that its all pretty quick to do. It's not, I never rushed things. Took my time to do it right. We started at 9am, and at the point where we are, it's 1:30. I kept constant cleaning so stuff wouldn't get lost or if we dropped a piece, hopefully not get damaged. Cleaner the floor the better.

Marked it out. Put blanket on engine and hard plastic block between hood and fenders. Got the Dremel out with metal disc. Cut away. Once again, once we found the "sweet spot" speed on the Dremel. Butta!
