Friend Looking For a 3rd Gen

I have a friend who has decided he needs a 3rd gen with T-Tops. Anyone have any leads? He's willing to drive, for instance he lives in G-burg and has already been to PA to look at one. Thanks!

Third gens are a dime a dozen. The question is what is acceptable to what he wants and what's not.

Good point! I think he's got a $4,000 max, is looking for a driver (mechanically sound) but is willing to paint it. (I'm trying to convince him the opposite would be better, but no luck so far.) 92 style ground effects/wheels preferred, but he can do that later. He's looking to reclaim the car he had as a kid. T-tops a must.

Is this enough? Any thoughts on his chances? I am not up on the used 3rd gen market, my taste in older cars runs different.
