Finally done

Finally got the TVS2300 installed and running. It's being flat bedded to my tuner on Monday, I can't wait to be able to go do some highway pulls. How much rwhp do you think I'll hit with these mods?

TVS2300 S/C stock pulley (new style blower)

TSP 2" long Tube headers high flow cats

TSP 235/239.639"/623 Camshaft

SLP Blackwing intake

ALKY Dual Nozzle Meth kit

ZL1 Fuel Pump

Kenne Bell Boost a pump

FAST 65lb injectors.

Thanks! Will post some videos when I get the car back next week.

I would say around 550 to 575 with the stock pulley.

Just re-read the post and seen the meth part, maybe 600.

You need to go ahead and find you a smaller blower pulley before the tune. The way you're set up, you won't see much over 5psi with a 3.8" pulley.

True, but the OP never mentioned any power goals. I was going to go with a smaller pulley also, but was happy with my numbers and the performance. I'll pulley down when I get bored again.

I have the new pulley the 91mm. I want to see what it puts down first and then pulley down when I get all the driveline and clutch mods done to handle the power.

That's a little less than 3.6". That should be good for a little more boost. You won't be too far from 600 on 93 octane and if tuned for the meth. Should be a whole lot of fun

Your shop will love the way you think...pay for a dyno, take it for a ride, buy some parts/install, pay for another dyno...rinse and repeat. I did the same thing. Would have saved a lot of money if I would have just set an initial goal and did it all at once....either way you end up happy, one way just leaves you with more money in your pocket (to buy more mods) haha!

That is also true, to a point (depends a lot on your relationship with your shop )... I could've done the stock pulley to see what it put down, then swapped to a smaller pulley immediately afterwards and retune--for little more than the cost of the pulley. However, I was not in a rush to push it too far, as I don't want to buy DRs, new clutch, axles, etc. too soon. When I pay down what I have done now, I'll consider upping the ante some more.

575-620rwhp is what my tuner is thinking. He also said to not pulley down till I replace the clutch and diff so I don't blow them. I know I will want my HP but I'll probably build and forge the motor before I go crazy. 575-610 is plenty for the street anyways.

As you can see in my sig I'm there at your power goal and still on my original clutch and diff (with upgraded diff bushings) going on 2 years now. I figured...why replace a perfectly good clutch. If or when I burn it out I'll upgrade. I'm not worried about my diff...lots of folks above where I am on stock diffs. I did replace the drive shaft and half-shafts though.

Yeah...if you go to a shop like Jannetty's he doesn't charge you to retune when you buy your stuff from him.

If I hit 600whp I'll be happy for awhile I get in enough trouble right now lol. So that's plenty for the street.
