Damn, I've had my car three years and never noticed there was two more clips to hold the net open!

Are there any tools needed for the install? It looks as though the hooks can be screwed in by hand or maybe plyers.

Even better- does anybody have the instructions in pdf form? I would like to take a look.

Thank you in advance!

No. They just screw/unscrew. Takes all of 4 minutes to install the cargo net.

Those trunks are filthy. Someone needs to break out the vacuum cleaner.

You don't screw or unscrew anything. The net slips over the hooks.

He asked how you remove the hooks. To remove them you would just unscrew them.

Then you read something different than me.

And you still don't remove them to install the net. Although I guess you could if you really wanted to.

Unless some models don't have different pieces in the rear holding the trim on.

You don't need to unscrew the hooks to install the cargo net.

And the hooks hold the trim piece in place btw.

Old post. But I notice on the newer Camaros the net is an option.....go figure. And for God sake, its a net! There is no 'exact' way to hang it. Its there to hold things, use hooks accordingly. Geez, some people cant pour pizz out of a boot with the directions on the bottom!
