Ding ding ding, exactly, and the Z51 performance package is $2,800. Bargain City. And the C7 was redone.....inside, outside, upside down. Z/28 will no doubt be more than the base ZL1 as told us by GM, "the most expensive Camaro ever".....but by a similar proportion as the C7 'Vette I surmise. Chevy=Value/Bargain
And when mine comes in sometime next April I'll let ya'll know how it is.....

Like someone mentioned before, Z/28...it will be more rare than the Z51. Go with this, especially if you're going to track it a lot and you already have DD. If not, the Z51 with the MRC option would be your best bet if it's going to serve as both DD and track monster. My .02 cents.

I'd say the Z/28 is way more SC than MC. I've always been a Camaro guy over a Corvette guy myself, however the new Vette is something more than it ever has been IMO.

Yes I agree with that. Oh and this will be a toy not a DD. Road Atlanta is within 30 minutes.

Definitely the Z/28 then If after you've gotten it and it doesn't live up to expectations you could probably straight trade for a loaded C7.

Yes, I'm sure the Z/28 will hold value better.

Rick Hendrick probably already knows when and where to be when the first one rolls off the line. He has the day booked off from work already, and has the color picked out, and a spot in his garage empty.

This first ones deal....Don't they always put together the very first half dozen or so cars by hand, or specially built, nothing real "majorly" different, but just to get them out there for this type of thing?....They may be the first ones that like go to the top of the food chain, but it's done differently than how the cars will be built for "production"?....

...Just sayin' may be a time lag between the "first" ones and the rest...dunno for sure...

He's been paying charity with nothing going to GM. See Barrett-Jackson.

But they dont sale the by hand cars, there the ones they take a part off and then sale the parts off, so his car is the first one with a real VIN.

Yeah, ok...was confused on that...thought very first ones may still have vins, just be "expedited" a little differently than the following ones...guess not...lol...
