I would have this professionally repaired. I would go to three body shops, and get estimates for the repair. Then have it repaired properly, even if it means repainting. Present the window tinting company with the bill. If they refuse to pay, sue them in small claims court.

The tinting company said they would fix it. I don't trust them though so I went to a local body shop and they said they would fix it for free (grew up down the street from one of the family that owns the shop). I just ended up fixing it myself and called to dispute the charges for the tinting.. Light sanding and buffing and its quite a bit better, not perfect but way better.
