Hope you don't mind me posting this here but I am having an issue with my pdim as well. Nothing major, it detects my phone (iPhone) No Problem but when it switches to that port i get the info on the screen but the audio doesn't start playing. I get the play icon on the screen with a time of 0:00. I have to go to my phone and press play and then it starts up No Problem.

I use my phone with another car radio as well, it is a pioneer radio I put in my cavalier.

Actually they look at it as a safety net, so if something goes wrong, they won't be at fault. We got the P/N (22797218) from a previous Chevrolet Customer Service rep here on the forum. it WILL work in your car, and will give you the latest/greatest HW/SW versions available. which is DB/DD the P/N you are looking to get will get you the DB/DB HW/SW versions. I did this upgrade nearly two and a half years ago....and my dealer doesn't have their head up someones butt.....thus they installed the 22797218 P/N inder warrante and I have haver had an issue, AND it fixed all of my problems. Here is a screen shot of my cars display.

If you car is still under warrantee, and you are having issues related to your PDIM, based on the HW (hardware) SW (software) version you have, you may get it upgraded for FREE by your dealer. as there is a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) that covers the issues, but you need to know what HW/SW version you have.

I wish I would have seen this thread a week ago! I just sold my module because I could not find the wiring. Do you still have them?

That sucks. you should be able to go to the dealer and buy the wire harness. its $40 or more. just make sure you have the yellow module amazon might have it to. if you look up the part number.
