I washed because I'm driving her to Mohegan Sun tomorrow for two days. Taking the wife there for her birthday. I'm sure I'll to wash the bugs off of it when I get home too.

Took my car for a 3 hour cruise up to Rickett's Glen, Pa to check out some waterfalls. Drove another 3 hours back home, now he's covered in bugs. Going to give him a bath now!

Cool! Our club made that run two years ago. Great trails to hike, and neat falls. We did a shorter trail, not the long one.
It was a very scenic drive up there also, especially in the fall!

Yea, very beautiful up there. I definitely want to go again soon. Great places up there there for impromptu Camaro photo shoots

I scrubbed off the 3 million dead bugs that I'd picked up between the Mojave Desert and Baker, Ca on the way home from a week-long trip: 3000 miles, 3000 photos in addition to the bugs. It was a great trip and it looks like I'll be making another one (toward the right coast, this time) next month not long after the Rat Fink Reunion at the end of May where I'll have some pinstriping done.

I'll be going to the East Coast Timing Association' June Event at Wilmington, Oh with the Target 550 Land Speed Racing team (they let me run their website and do computer stuff for 'em.): http://www.target550.com/

My photos from the automotive museums, etc are here: http://www.chevyasylum.com/cruisin/c...3/Welcome.html

I may also race the Camaro at Wilmington. I gotta make some phone calls and see how "etched in stone" that trip is.

I ordered Afterburner taillights, Oracle side marker lights and diamond plate mats. I've gotta get off my dead butt and install the Heritage grill and SS emblem, short-throw shifter and finish installing the footwell lighting kit.

Photo is of my baby in the Virgin River Gorge, at one time the most expensive "per mile" stretch of highway in the US...maybe it still is.

I'm really, REALLY enjoying that car. More fun than any goofy old fart otta be allowed to have.

I love the stripes down the sides of your car! That's exactly what I want to do on mine, were they factory or did you get them after you bought the car? Can you buy they and have them put on?

Does anyone know how much to buy and put them on and would they have them in a white color to go on Ashen Grey Metallic?

And your pics are gorgeous!

Can't argue with you there. Appreciate the honesty. But, hey, I look at it as overcoming the fear. Never done anything like this before. Nowhere to go but up, and there's a couple more traction control modes to try (Comp Mode & Nannies Off)... In addition, to the Fuse Pull. Am looking at doing that this afternoon.

Watch this space.

I'll tell my Thor you think he's a girl

My cars have almost always been guys. Of course I am a lady so that could be why.
