I want to revisit this and see if I cant get anymore help from the members here. Background is that I'm currently deployed until the end of August and I have a car club friend looking after the car. He starts it once a week and lets the engine warm up to running temps and drives it around the block every couple of weeks.

Currently:
As of yesterday he started it and went inside then looked out the window and saw the whole vehicle shaking, so he went outside and turned it off. He said that it was ideling normal 850-900 rpm prior to him turning it off, but it was shaking a lot. He also said that when he hooked my turner up to it to check the CEL light that it threw the same codes that I have mentioned before in the OP. I know that souns vauge and I will have more details in the morning when he wakes up and can possible shoot video with his phone to show to me. Maybe the gas is going bad? Maybe an in injector fowling up? The plugs and wires are both brand new and installed properly and there is not an exhaust leak.

My first step would be to get him to take it to the dealership or a trusted shop we have in town to check for a wiring issue.

Second step is up to the possibilities and ideas that some people may have and I would appeciate any info.

You need to get a scan tool hooked up and find out which cylinders are counting misfires. Sometimes a dead cylinder will record misfires on the cylinder that fires next in line. If you have an entire bank that is the issue, check the cat if u have them. A plugged cat will take down an entire bank. If it is one cylinder then swap plug, coil, wire and injector with known good cylinder.

The shaking is probably from the cam. The CPU may need to be re flashed, maybe the tune didn't stick. P0171 is fairly common. The cold settings may have to be tweaked I would start with who ever tuned it just to be systematic and rule that issue out ... If that's NOT the issue try to rule vacuum leaks. The old carb cleaner test.

An unlit propane torch works well and doesn't leave a mess.

I had a issue kind of like this shortly after putting on my LT's. Somehow damaged one of the spark plugs on the 8th cylinder which caused it to misfire. Could not figure it out for the longest time. Replaced all plugs with better ones anyways and the misfire was fixed.

No fix for this yet. I haven't got a chance to do carb/un-lit torch as I'm currently deployed. I did find out I have a weak MAF sensor. My friend has a new one from APEX that I'm awaiting the results of. I'm hoping that's the problem. Also to clarify, I had installed ,a few weeks before I deployed, new stock plugs and wires very carefully and this did not fix it.
