Wait for something to break?! Help.

I've taken my car to the dealership for two different issues now.. '12 2ss L99 A6

1: An annoying hissing that happens all the time when I first hit the throttle

2: During a 1/4 run at around 6k rpm the lifters get CRAZY loud. No reason I should hear them at 80+mph get loud like that..

I told my dealer about it and asked if he can check the lifters somehow and he said he doesn't really think there's much he can do. He's just going to write it down to log it and we'll have to wait til it gets worse or breaks..

What should I do??

K32 Camaro,

Wow I'm truly sorry to hear about that. Was the dealership you went to GM certified? If you'd like to enlist the assistance of a second dealership, please let me know. Feel free to send me a PM regarding these concerns at your earliest convenience!
