It is in "quiet" mode from 1200-3500 rpm if throttle < 25%.

I took it the dealer and they made me wait 3 days to tell me that it only works while driving not at idle but I know that is not true.
It's probably working correctly. If you're expecting it to work like the Corvette NPP exhaust, don't. The Corvette goes quiet until WOT. The Camaro uses the Active Exhaust when you start it up so your neighbors know you're in your car. Search YouTube and watch the Oppenheiser (sp?) videos where he talks about this. The valves shut a bit after warmup and through a certain RPM range then open up again past something like 3K RPMs .. I don't know the actual numbers. Some people pull the NPP fuse and others use widgets like Sunset Orange's Exhaust Commander to open/shut the valve with a remote key fob.

I have one on a v6, and it's always acted strange.. most of the time it works when revving around 3.5k.. but other times it seems to do whatever it wants.. when this happens, most of the time it's when I rev it on 2nd just to hear it, but it fails to sound even when I push it to 4.5.. if I ease off the throttle and reapply, sometimes I can get it to start making some noise. Also have this issue when i hop on the interstate and 5th gear will sometimes start sounding by 3k rpm and sometimes not at all even when I push it to 90.. (spd lmt 70... flow of traffic 85 most of the time) i can be a mystery sometimes with the exhaust making some noise.. but even when i upgrade this Saturday to an LE i'll still be getting the exhaust for the quad look.. i love it.
