Thumbs down Pedders Never Returns Calls

I have been trying to contact pedders to ask them a few questions regarding some small issues and have not received one phone call or email back from them. I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks now. Granted they answer their vendors emails but they dont respond to a customers phone calls or emails. All I have is a few simple questions and they cant even get back to me, yet when I was going to purchase $2000 worth of product they would call me immediately.

three weeks is a rather long time, but when I had delays in responses, I figure it is the workload....they only have a relative few people there, only know of four actually, and are covering the nation.....may not be the case, but that was my impression.

Not making excuses, just pointing out my take on it.

No suspension issues was trying to ask some advice involving their parts. I guess I have to leave a message saying I want to buy such and such parts

Why not call a vendor of their products?( Raymond comes to mind) Thats one reason they have vendors to help be the front line for customers since they have to spend most of their time making, developing, etc. or maybe they are screening your number after the BMR problem.....

I have pmed them multiple times and always get a we will call you today and they never do. They have my cell number and my work line. This is why they sent me 2 packages with incorrect parts in it because they didnt take the time to call me back to ensure it was the correct part. And believe me i explained thourougly what it was i needed in the PM.

I had a few pm's and text back and forth with Pete just last week. He even was taking his personal time on a Saturday. A while back I talked to him on the phone for about 20min when I was tryingto decide on getting a 1LE or a used SS. I say give him a PM and he will most likely get back to you. He's a hell of a good guy.

Oh justicepete the one that I sent Pm to and promised a phone call. It's really no big deal Tim Flanary @ TandT Performance got me hooked up with everything I needed this thread was just to say I didn't receive any response or call after constantly emailing and sending a pm to Pete over a three week period
